Clear rules for practical digital products.
This page is a plain-language summary and draft policy framework. The checkout terms presented at purchase should be treated as the controlling commercial terms.
Use the generator internally. Do not redistribute it.
Individual license
Permits one named user to use the generator for internal commercial purposes within one organization and to install reasonable working copies on that user’s devices.
Single-site license
Permits unlimited internal users at one physical facility to use the generator for that facility’s internal operations.
Customer document content is designed to remain local.
The current ShopDocs generators are standalone browser applications. Text, logos, photographs, and project data are processed in the user’s browser and stored in local project files or browser storage. The generators may load third-party software libraries from content-delivery networks to produce exports. Customers with restricted networks should review those requirements before deployment. The public website and checkout provider may process ordinary access, payment, and transaction data under their own privacy terms.
The customer controls technical approval and release.
Digital product
Products are supplied as downloadable software files. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups and using compatible browsers and office software.
No compliance guarantee
ShopDocs does not certify that a generated document complies with any law, regulation, standard, contract, OEM instruction, or company requirement.
Review required
Every output must be reviewed for technical accuracy, safety, quality, pagination, revision status, and suitability before use.
Refunds and updates
The current refund and update terms are presented on the checkout page. Contact support for a material technical defect before initiating a payment dispute.
